The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music

Developed by visionary, Helen Bonny, and influenced Jungian approaches, this form of therapy draws on your own imagination with the support of a facilitator and specially-designed music.  This therapy works deeply and benefits are often felt after just one appointment.  This is a great option for people who find it challenging to simply talk or are looking for something different to enhance creativity or insight.

Most individual sessions are 50 minutes long and are $120 for 2020.  Types of therapies can be offered in combination.  Reimbursement may be available from your insurance provider.  The only insurance accepted by Inner Listening is TriWest for service-connected veterans.  

Sound Therapy 

Individual sessions available featuring singing bowls, rattles, gongs and more. Excellent for mind/body and stress-related issues. No music experience necessary.  If desired, can incorporate aspects of Hebraic Shamanic Healing.
